This is the journey we’ve shared together — TrustDi and our beloved discus — from when they were tiny little eggs, to hatching into cute baby fish clinging to their parents, and finally growing into vibrant, colorful adults

Our Gallery

Welcome to our Gallery, where we share the journey of our discus fish through photos taken over many years at our hatchery. From their earliest days as tiny fry to their transformation into stunning adults, each photo reflects the joy and pride we feel as we watch our discus grow and thrive under our care.

It’s been a long journey, but also a colorful one, and we’re excited to share it with you.

1.  The Stage When the Parents Are Raising the Fry

The journey of these vibrant creatures begins with a tiny egg, which hatches into small fry that cling to their parents for protection. It’s truly remarkable to observe how discus fish, known for their nurturing instincts, care for and protect their young. Both parents are deeply involved in their offspring’s growth.

2.  The Stage of Separating the Fry from Their Parents

When the fry have grown strong enough, they are separated from their parents to begin learning to live independently. At this stage, their patterns, colors, and body shapes are still developing. They often have a nearly transparent color and a long, slender body, which is quite different from their appearance as adults.

3. And Finally, When They Grow Up

As the discus fish mature, their colors, patterns, and body shapes become much more defined and striking. Over the years, we’ve bred a variety of discus strains with an array of beautiful colors—from yellow, red, and white to green, blue, and beyond.

Take a moment to admire the stunning discus fish available at TrustDi. Each one reflects the care and love we put into raising our discus fish every day.
