

STEP 1: Contact Form

STEP 2: Stocklist Check
Upon receipt of your request, we will promptly provide you with a stock list along with product quotations.
STEP 3: Video Call
Following the provision of the stock list, we will arrange a convenient time for a video call. This allows you to visually inspect the products through a live video feed, ensuring a better understanding of the quality of our discus fish.
STEP 4: Contract Negotiation
During this stage, specific terms of the contract will be discussed and agreed upon based on your requirements.
In addition to standard shipment documents such as the Sales Contract, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, AWB, and Health Certificate, please inform us in advance if you require any additional documentation such as a Certificate of Origin (C/O), Insurance Certificate, or any other special documents.

Please note: Importing ornamental fish may require an import license in some countries. We advise consulting with your forwarding company to confirm your eligibility to import.
STEP 5: Payment Process
Upon mutual agreement, payment is to be made to our designated bank account. Kindly send the payment slip via email for our records.
Upon confirmation of payment receipt from the bank, we will initiate the release of goods.
STEP 6: Customs Clearance
Depending on the agreed Incoterm terms, we will arrange for the delivery of goods to the specified destination and fulfill our obligations accordingly.
STEP 7: DOA Policy
Upon arrival of the goods at the designated destination, responsibility and risk are transferred to the importer.
Nevertheless, we strive to cultivate long-term relationships with our clients. Therefore, should any issues arise, such as dead fish on arrival (DOA), we offer a refund or replacement policy. For further details, please refer to our Dead On Arrival Policy page.
